EMD SD70ACe, LLT Route paint scheme version. Thanks to sporebust for the Bogies.

Revision: V3 New Detailed Fuel Tank, patched the rear flicker issues, corrected idle exhaust issues, major interior update & alignments, fixed transparent side mirror, went into the textures and reworked a lot of details for a more photoreal look- Lined up Panel Bolts, and repaired misaligned out of boundary texture issues-added Door Hinges, adjusted Running Numbers, added Driver, added night interior, added texture details to the Consoles, repaired the misaligned Graphics fonts,& textures. Will not work in TANE missing builtin dependencies!
