Jons Yarn Crossing 2T L2+Li-Si-Sh

This is a double-track grade-level road/rail crossing with functioning lights and older wooden crossing boards. It's designed to be used with my unmarked road YARN L2 DL0 -Si -Sh, but should work with other roads too.
See the included naming-conventions.txt file for information about the attributes encoded in the asset's name.
