Interior for SSW GP40-2w 1303 Locomotive.

Revision: Changed front window transparency to be able to see outside easier, no dynamic Brakes, added animated Brake Needles, corrected the Cabin Control errors due to the Trainz Log file errors regarding the Cabin Control notch height issues, updated night lighting, set up Interior for night lighting.
