VGN class AG tender

When copying the Chesapeake & Ohio (C&O) Alleghenies, the Virginian (VGN) did make tweaks to the design, including the tender. The deck of the tender was raised further, expanding water capacity by 1,500 gallons. Overall length and coal capacity were unchanged, and the tender retained the peculiar three-axle front and four-axle rear truck arrangement of the original C&O design.
