36ng Elberton Air Line #2 Classic

Classic series: Error-free in TRS19, converted to Trainzmesh with PBR materials, but not significantly upgraded from 2018 appearance. Model reflects an unreleased update circa 2018. Rereleased with Creative Commons licensing.

This model is based on Elberton Air Line #2, the Hiriam W. Sibley. It was a very typical Baldwin 8-16D 2-6-0 built in July 1878. The locomotive was later sold to Miller Boom & Lumber Company, and then to the Holston Valley Railway. I don't know when either of these sales occurred.

Since producing the original model in late 2007, many new sources on the prototype have become available. The mesh's proportions, paint scheme, and cab design have been corrected accordingly.
