Kauai 2008

The Hawaiian island of Kauai is modelled here with a fictional standard gauge rail network added. This edition incorporates the whole island, so there is no need to merge any maps.

Signalling has been simplified, trackwork was revised and some stations have been removed for better traffic flow. Foliage and other scenery has also been improved over previous editions.

Kauai 2008 was developed using TRS2004 (SP4). This layout uses no payware, and all custom assets are from the Auran Trainz Download Station.

My gratitude goes to Adam Wojcieszyk (Tolaris) for help with the original HOG/DEM work, to J R (Rob) Crawford for signalling tuition, music objects, and the Hawaiian state flags. Thanks also to Dave Drake for the bananas and coconuts!
